The Business Relationship Manager Medical Education will work on exciting learning projects for medical associations and manage the development process of learning strategies and e-learning projects for clients. There will be a close collaboration between the Business Relationship Manager Medical Education, Kenes Online Learning Specialists, and the Educational Committees of our clients. You will also be in close contact with other Kenes departments.

A key client at Kenes congresses are our sponsors and exhibitors. The Industry Operations Representative is the person who collects, coordinates and ensures delivery of these supporter’s requirements.
The position requires excellent organization skills to collate all the supporter requirements; strong inter-personal skills to manage the relationship with the client and the internal counterparts; and an innovative spirit to be able to see the supporter’s activities at the congress and help them to design an experience for their participants too.
Operations & Production

  • Coordinate Industry client operations from A – Z on time and budget
  • This refers to exhibitors and sponsors who order particular services and products per congress
